We go to this park by our house the most often. It's just a few minutes walk. If you walk through the park and a little farther, you can go to another bakery to get some snacks (fresh pretzels!) to eat while playing. Now that we have started school in full, going to the park on fine days is great motivation. For mom too, just to get out of the apartment!
Besides the playground, there is the ping pong table and a huge grassy area. There are permanent goals for soccer, of course. We recently bought a cheap ball and made use of the grass.
BIG rocking horse. Jess likes to be bucked off.
They remember "spinning things" from our last time in Germany. Most parks have them in some form.
Isaac on slide, Jess on monkey bars.
Makenna monkey.

Jess can't help collecting the nuts. Hazelnuts? I think.
Jess has recently mastered pumping herself on the swings. Makenna taught her. Isaac is working on swing jumping.
She's trying to improve her monkey skills. The record so far is 5 bars.
We were invited to join a game of field hockey one day.
Soccer time. Jess noted, "They don't have to have big plastic things over the playground to keep it from burning you. They just use trees."
