We switched hotels after Songkran. Once settled, we took a cab to the other side of the island in search of Monkey Hill. It's a long steep hill where some locals go to run/walk/ride. No cars allowed except on official business. We went a couple km without seeing any monkeys. Jess was getting a little discouraged, but then.....
The top is one of so many signs that just didn't translate well, at least to our understanding.
Did anyone try to touch them?
ReplyDeleteNo, but a couple touched us--stood up with hands on our legs. Jess completely freaked out. Makenna and I were okay until they tried to lick us.
