Songdo

Turns out that the gig in South Korea is more than we originally understood.  Matt and Tim are working in Songdo, a new city that is meant to be an example to the rest of the world as a new standard for sustainable, integrated living.  Their current job is to get the top guy's apartment working.  He is a rich American who does not want to hear about costs, only solutions.  If all goes well, he may incorporate Control4 products into the whole "city".  This first project may take longer than the originally planned one week, but we're pretty sure they will come home after it's up and running.  It is evident now; however, that there is huge potential for more.

Heads are spinning once again.  We could never have dreamed up some of the twists and turns our lives have taken.  Who would have thought Matt would have worked at so many different companies, some big, most small, have started two companies, taken us to Germany, gone to Iraq twice and also Pakistan for 3 months each.  City Center turned out to be a great boon, and now South Korea, hmmmm.  Wouldn't it be great to take a few months field trip out there with him?  We'll just take school along with us!  It's really too soon to be thinking like that, but it's an easy step for my imagination.
