After a nice lie in, we had a lovely afternoon and evening together. The boys went swimming and I went on a bike ride with the girls. Later we went over to the Dubai Mall, which we haven't done for awhile. We ate at Carluccio's (trying to use up our favorite coupons before they expire at year's end). We saw a huge castle/Christmas display. There was fake snow falling from three stories up and Jess liked catching it. The picture really doesn't do the castle justice--the spires go up above the railing on the next floor up. It was laid back and just good family time. I think this is also when we found the geocache mentioned in another post.
Of course we went out to see a fountain show. And the kids had fun with the camera.
