Cathy was so completely sweet to plan a piece of their summer to meet us in Utah. We met up with her and her little girls (Cameron was attending EFY in Logan) for a fantastic day.
Later that evening I helped master chef Matt make his famous grilled pineapple salsa and steak. Too good.
Of course we planned a run.
Then we went to a yummy little cafe for lunch before checking out the new Provo pool. 
There was also a stop at the Hawaiian Ice place.
Nice teeth girls. They were two peas in a pod again.
