These are not currently in chronological order due to coming from several different cameras--but at least they are all from the same day.
Day 2 October 4
Up for breakfast at 8.
Left for a long hike around 10.
Hiked in the mountains and learned a lot about survival skills. Identified a lot of plants and trees. Saw some ruins. We saw a little dead snake. Had lunch by a little river. Mustafa put a rope swing together and some took turns jumping in. Then hiked more and stopped to do some safety training on how to transport an injured person.
Stopped at a man's house and he showed us around and his wife gave us candy. Then we hiked a very narrow path about another mile to the road where the van picked us up. Back to the camp.
Amazing dinner with goat that was slaughtered today.
